Stuart
has represented the Sidmouth Sidford Ward on the District Council since 1991 and
the County Council since 1993.
At County he is at present Chairman of
the Environment Economy and Culture Overview Scrutiny Committee and at East Devon
is the Communications Portfolio holder.
He is also a Sidmouth Town Councillor
and member of the Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Authority, a govenor of Sidmouth
Infants and President of Sidbury United FC.
His spare time is taken up
organising Sidmouth Carnival and helping run the Tango Juvenile Carnival Club.
